Jewellery Repair/Adjustment

This is our standard rate for repairing or adjusting jewellery. The cost may increase if the repair/adjustment is more intricate or requires additional materials. For an exact quote prior to proceeding, reach out to us.

The address to return your jewellery back to is here. Please make sure to use a tracked postage service as we can not be responsible for any lost packages.  It would also be beneficial to print off your order receipt and include it in the package so we can match it up when it arrives with us. If you do not have access to a printer then just a little note with your order number and name will be enough.

All jewellery adjustments will go into our normal order queue so will take 21-28 days to be delivered back to you. If you need your jewellery sooner please let us know asap and we would also suggest if this is the case to choose the Special Delivery option at the checkout as this is the only guaranteed next day delivery service.
