When to Expect Your Order

Unless otherwise stated, all pieces are handmade to order and will take approximately 21–28 days to be created and delivered. If you need your order sooner, please get in touch and I’ll do my best to help.

Got a new spinner ring? But oh, it doesn't fit! Don't worry, all is not lost. Be sure to read our sizing guide before continuing.

Please Note-If your ring is not personalised and has not been worn, it can easily be exchanged for a different size. Simply reach out to us here!

If you ring is personalised or you want to resize it after having it a while then this what you need to know!

Spinner rings with gemstones can be made up to two sizes bigger and one size smaller
Spinner rings without gemstones can be made two sizes bigger and any size smaller.

Please put the current size of your ring in the box and the new size you would like in the second box. There is also a notes box if you would like to let us know anything else.

The address to return your ring back to is here. Please make sure to use a tracked postage service as we can not be responsible for any lost packages. It would also be beneficial to print off your order receipt for re-sizing and include it in the package so we can match it up when it arrives with us. If you do not have access to a printer then just a little note with your order number and name will be enough.

All ring adjustments will go into our normal order queue so will take 21-28 days to be delivered back to you. If you need your ring sooner please let us know asap and we would also suggest if this is the case to choose the Special Delivery option at the checkout as this is the only guaranteed next day delivery service.

As with all jewellery, we do not recommend submerging your pieces in water for any length of time. This includes swimming, bathing, showering, and washing. This is especially important for certain porous gemstones, which can be damaged or even dissolve when exposed to water.

At Little Silver Star, we take our jewellery off each evening and gently wipe it with a soft, lint‑free cloth before placing it in an airtight box or pouch.

We send all jewellery via Royal Mail. The safest and fastest option is Royal Mail Special Delivery, and we highly recommend choosing this at checkout. If you would prefer us to use a different service, please get in touch before placing your order so we can arrange this for you.
